This month the techinque is accent color. This page was taken straight out of the idea book only they used pink as the accent color.....pg 25 and I made a few changes to both pages so that my pictures would fit. This month you can choose the accent color! Just pick your pictures you want to scrap and choose your color. The blue in the stripe paper is done with ribbon. I will have all my ribbon and cardstock there for you to use or if you have a certian color you want to use bring it along.
